When you purchase a course or product, you're getting a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. In plain English:

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and might change occasionally (we’ll try to keep surprises to a minimum). We use Stripe via Systeme.IO to process payments securely. By purchasing, you agree to pay any listed fees and applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy (Yes, We Have One!)

We believe in what we sell and we want you to feel good about it, too. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital courses.

If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@whitneystokes.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll refund your purchase, no hoops to jump through. We just ask that you give the material a fair shot first.

Note: This applies to courses only. Due to the nature of digital downloads, templates, and other instant-access digital products are non-refundable.

6. Your Account, Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for keeping your login info safe and for anything that happens under your account. If something weird happens or you think your account’s been compromised, email us right away.

7. Our Intellectual Property

All our course materials, designs, templates, and content are protected by copyright and owned by Whitney Stokes. Please don’t claim it as your own, remix it for resale, or post it publicly. We love that you’re learning from us, but let’s keep it classy and legal.

We provide our courses and products "as is, "which means we don’t guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and willingness to take action (and we’re rooting for you all the way!) .
